Delete Your Account

You can request that your Kespas account and all associated personal data be deleted at any time.

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open Kespas and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password.

Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Don't have access to the app?

Email us at support@kespas.com, or use the contact form on this site, including the phone number or email address on your account. We'll delete your account within a reasonable time of receiving your request.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email, phone number, profile picture, and bio
• Your location-sharing settings
• Your friendships, pending friend requests, and any friend groups you created
• Your login credentials — you will no longer be able to sign in

What's retained

Messages you sent and events you created remain visible to other participants, so group chats and event histories stay intact for everyone else — but they're no longer linked to your personal information. Your name is replaced with "Deleted User" and no other personal data remains attached to your account.

We may retain limited information for a short period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
