Welcome to Kespas. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kespas mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Kespas ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kespas. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering (including your phone number) and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Kespas lets you discover events, create and publish your own events, join event-specific group chats, and connect with friends. You agree to use these features only for their intended purpose — organizing and attending real events and communicating with people you're actually connecting with.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the photos, event details, and messages you post ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant Kespas a license to store, display, and transmit it as necessary to operate the Service (for example, showing your event to other users, or delivering your chat messages to the people you're chatting with). We don't sell Your Content or use it for anything beyond operating and improving the Service.
If you create and publish events, including ticketed events, you're responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for honoring any commitments you make to attendees. Kespas provides the platform but is not a party to arrangements between organizers and attendees.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is." Kespas doesn't guarantee that events listed by other users are accurate, safe, or will occur as described — use your own judgment when attending events you discover through the Service, the same as you would with any in-person gathering found online.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kespas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including anything that happens at an event you found or organized through Kespas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app before they take effect.
