Child Safety Standards

Kespas has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This page describes our standards and how to report a concern.

Our Standard

We prohibit any content or behavior on Kespas that:

• Sexually exploits or endangers a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Sexualizes, grooms, or solicits a minor
• Attempts to use the Service to contact or connect with a minor for an inappropriate purpose

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kespas (see our Terms of Service), and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (see our Privacy Policy).

How to Report a Concern

If you encounter content or behavior on Kespas that concerns you — including anything related to CSAE — report it immediately to support@kespas.com or through the contact form on this site. Include as much detail as you can (usernames, event or chat names, screenshots) so we can act quickly.

What Happens Next

We review every report as a priority. Where a report is substantiated, we:

• Remove the offending content immediately
• Suspend or permanently terminate the account involved
• Preserve relevant records and report the matter to the appropriate authorities and organizations (including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and, in Canada, Cybertip.ca) where required or appropriate by law
